  1. The support is non existant. I trialed it but wanted to cancel it the next day…Ive been trying for over a week to contact hem..The chat portal doesnt respond. Ive emailed. Ive opened a ticket and posted updates saying no one has responded. Still no feedback. Am so pissed off. A total joke of a company. Anyone else experience the same?

  2. Support isn’t 24/7/365! Waited 9 Hours for NO reply. Support ticket was deleted. one-day-account was created 12 hours later.

      Our support is in fact 24×7 however on non standard US hours our support time increases based on volume. We are working on expanding our team to address the issue, live chat is the fastest way to get in touch with us, sometimes there is a wait time of 5-10 minutes.
